Framehuddle is a private workspace for reviewing app screenshots and leaving comments. It is operated by Bennett Blackham. Contact: contact@framehuddle.com.

Information used by the service

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, first name and profile photo. We use this information to authenticate you, show who wrote comments, and match project access to verified email addresses. The app requests basic identity information; it does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Google Contacts.

We store the projects, export metadata, screenshots, comments, replies and reviewer email addresses you add. We also store authentication sessions and records needed to operate the service. API keys are stored as hashes, with their names, permissions, expiry dates and last-used times.

Who can access it

Project content is available to the project owner, people granted access by project administrators, including verified accounts matching an allowed organization domain, and agents using an authorized API key. Anyone receiving a key can exercise its permissions until it expires or is revoked. Screenshots are stored privately and served through authenticated requests.

Google provides sign-in. Vercel hosts the application and screenshot storage, and Neon provides the database. Resend processes recipient email addresses and invitation content to send individual invitations. Domain sharing does not send emails. These providers process information needed to operate the service. Hosting providers may also retain operational logs. We do not sell Google account data or use it for advertising.

Sessions and storage

The app uses cookies needed to maintain your signed-in session. The current app does not include advertising trackers or session replay. Project data is retained until removed by the operator. Archiving a project hides it but does not erase its stored content; API key revocation disables the key but retains its record.

Your choices

You can sign out, revoke API keys and remove reviewer access in the app. You can also remove Framehuddle's access from your Google account settings. To request deletion of your account or project data, contact the address above using the email associated with your account. Removing Google access does not automatically delete previously stored project content.

Only upload screenshots and comments you are authorized to share with your project members. This notice describes the service as currently implemented; it will be updated when its data practices change.
